  Do not use USPS unless you have no choice.
  Came here to purchase postage and ship my tax document. And 1 of them is missing now. 10 days no update. Customer service told me it could be just never left the facility.
  
  These people asked me to:
  1. Use Kiosk since they are busy -- yes, 2 workers were working, 3 guys just stand there talking.
  2. Tell you kiosk receipt is their receipt, they won't provide scan receipt --- They lie, make sure you get the receipt!
  3. Hide my mail --- Yes I mean steal, other people also have same experience in their review.
  4. When I noticed mail is missing, no update, I rush back. However, they told me 'Ohh, you did not handle the mail to USPS, the receipt is only the prove of 'Purchase''.
  
  Now almost tax due date, U(F)S(U)P(C)S(K), Apr.15, I cannot even claim the value since I cannot prove the value of my family and my SSN, I cannot prove the value the value of tax form.
