  So I'm giving a lower rating and here's why:
  Customer Service: 4/5
  Ordering: 5/5, so easy anyone should be able to do it
  Price: 4/5 for the PC I got, this is a fantastic price point.
  Build Quality: 2/5, and this is the main reason I'm giving a lower score.
  
  TL;DR: Build Quality is lacking tremendously. I've had to send back my PC and separate parts on different occasions, and this should be things I shouldn't have to do.
  
  Ordering was easy, customer service has been great, but my major issue is with the build quality. I placed my order in mid June, and by the end of the month I had already sent it back for hardware problems. Now I do understand that these things happen, electronics are not always perfect coming out of the factory, and then someone has to get stuck with them. One of the things that rubbed me the wrong way is all of the supposed *testing* that was done. My machine would only boot 20% of the time, and I would have to constantly turn it off/on for it to come on at all. This should've been something that was detected during testing, but was still shipped out. The second issue I'm having is I'm now finding that there is a dead RAM stick. I've owned the PC for 2 months, but have only had it for about 1 because I've had to send it in. Now I find out that it's not even performing at an optimal level, for something else that *should've been detected in testing*. It seems to me that testing and build quality need some *severe* revamping, since I've had two problems that should've been detected early on, but were left alone with the PC still being shipped.

  I bought a computer from them. A very nice computer! A very expensive computer! It was amazing...for about a month. The motherboard took a dump on me and the computer wouldn’t turn on. I was still within the 30 day period of receiving the computer, so I contacted their service department and set up an appointment to bring my computer in to be repaired.
  
  They took my computer in and repaired it, and when they shipped it back to me, I received it completely destroyed! The frame of the computer had been bent. The internal parts were not in their slots.
  
  I drove the computer back and returned it to them, and they would not issue me an immediate refund. I had to go through their return process, which takes weeks. I never heard another word from them. I sent a photo of the box that it was shipped in and never heard a response. So, today I drove the box directly to them and dropped it off.
  
  I have been very patient. I waited 6 weeks for the computer from the day I purchased it to receive it, and then all of this happened. We are talking about $7,000 worth of equipment!
  
  I have ordered a computer from iBuyPower before with no issues, but this time around I am not impressed, whatsoever. Currently going through a claim with my bank to receive my full refund.
  
  Not sure I’d recommend this place anymore!
