  Long delays in ordering, shipping date. Wrong item shipped. They requested a photo of the incorrect item, which I sent. No further contact despite emails and phone calls. I award them zero stars. Don't be fooled by glowing testimonials which they probably wrote themselves.

  Dysfunctional company. Called, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Facebook, no answer. They literally sell the same items as the other cellphone vendors in the area with a markup. Better just go to Dream, Valor/MYBAT, Eaglecell, directly to get goods. Else Beyondcell, Puregear etc. It makes you wonder what they're doing as a company because the goods aren't theirs, the customer service isn't there, and nothing on their website sells more than $25.
